Dylan established his LLC in June 2022 and officially launched operations in October of that year, with the business experiencing rapid early growth. Prior to founding the company, he developed valuable industry experience through previous employment, which helped cultivate his strong passion for automation and robotics.

Since then, Dylan has successfully partnered with customers across the region and beyond, delivering a wide range of projects and providing ongoing support to diverse organizations. His background in robotics, electrical systems, and engineering enables him to design and implement tailored automation solutions that meet the unique needs of each facility.

Dylan particularly values building strong relationships with clients and thrives on the challenge of developing customized robotic systems that optimize performance and efficiency.

Amanda Bruscher has worked as the marketing coordinator for Bruscher A&E from the beginning and recently took on the role of HR/Administrative Manager. While the Bruscher A&E team is busy in the field and meeting customer needs, Amanda is working behind the scenes to ensure the business and processes continue to run smoothly. Louis joined the Bruscher A&E team in June 2026 as a manufacturing and automation tech. Louis brings extensive experience in industrial mechanical repair, project preparation, management, and installation. Throughout his career, he has worked alongside skilled teams to design and develop processes, while building and fabricating innovative solutions for customers. Louis is excited about the field of automation and robotics as it is becoming essential to manufacturing.
